Our Story

More Than a Café — It's a Ritual

All Star Cafe started with a simple idea: what if a neighborhood spot could feel just as good at 7 a.m. as it does at 9 p.m.? That question drove everything we've built on Market Street.

We source our coffee from roasters who treat every batch like a craft, pair it with food made from ingredients we actually recognize, and pour our drinks with the same attention whether you're grabbing a quick espresso or settling in for a long evening.

Our space is designed for all of it — the remote worker with a laptop, the friends catching up, the after-work crowd, the late-night conversation. Everyone has a seat at our table.
